Affiliate Agreement

Introduction
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is between Credit2Credit LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") and you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your"). By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms.
Program Overview
Our Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn revenue by promoting Credit2Credit services:
- Rent reporting services
- Credit monitoring subscriptions
- Credit card recommendations
- Credit building tools and calculators
Commission Structure
Rent Reporting Revenue
- Standalone Rent Reporting: You set pricing ($2.99-$9.99/month). Your profit = Your Price - $2.99 platform cost
- SmartCredit Build Bundle: 80% commission on Build plan ($22.95-$49.95/month pricing)
- SmartCredit Protect Bundle: 80% commission on Protect plan (fixed $10.95/month)
- Setup Fees: 80% commission on any one-time setup fees ($5-$99) you charge
Credit Card Commissions
- 80% commission on credit card affiliate payouts
- Payouts range from $50-$800+ per approved application
- Example: $200 card approval = $160 to you, $40 to us
- Commissions paid when approval is confirmed by issuer
Recurring Revenue Model
Monthly recurring revenue continues as long as clients remain active:
- Rent reporting: Ongoing monthly commissions
- Credit monitoring: Continuous subscription revenue
- Build a passive income stream with retained clients
Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promote Credit2Credit services honestly and ethically
- Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws
- Use provided marketing materials or get approval for custom content
- Not make false claims about credit score guarantees or service capabilities
- Disclose affiliate relationship when promoting services
- Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or trademark infringement
- Maintain professional conduct in all client interactions
- Provide accurate information about pricing and services
Pricing Flexibility
As an affiliate, you have pricing flexibility within approved ranges:
- Standalone Rent: $2.99-$9.99/month (you keep profit above $2.99 cost)
- SmartCredit Build: $22.95, $24.95, $29.95, or $49.95/month
- SmartCredit Protect: Fixed at $10.95/month
- Setup Fees: $0-$99 one-time (you earn 80%)
Important Pricing Rules:
- Pricing must be approved during onboarding
- Changes require written approval from Credit2Credit
- Must be clearly communicated to clients before signup
- Cannot advertise "free" services that have fees
Payment Terms
- Minimum Payout: $50 (configurable, default)
- Payment Schedule: Net-30 after payout request
- Payment Methods: PayPal, bank transfer, check, or Venmo
- Rent Reporting: Recurring monthly commissions on active clients
- Credit Cards: Paid after issuer confirms approval (typically 60-90 days)
- Chargebacks: Commissions reversed if client refunds or disputes
- Tax Reporting: 1099 issued for earnings over $600/year (US affiliates)
Tracking and Attribution
- Unique affiliate ID assigned upon approval
- 30-day cookie window for credit card referrals
- Persistent tracking for rent reporting signups
- Real-time dashboard shows clicks, conversions, and earnings
- Email notifications for new conversions
- You may not modify tracking links or use cloaking methods
Widget and Integration
Affiliates receive embeddable widget code for seamless integration:
- Customizable features, colors, and branding
- Option to white-label (remove "Powered by Credit2Credit")
- Mobile-responsive design
- Automatic tracking of conversions from your widget
- Can be embedded on websites, emails, or client portals
Prohibited Activities
The following activities will result in immediate termination:
- Fraudulent signups or fake conversions
- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- Incentivizing signups with cash rewards
- Trademark bidding (using "Credit2Credit" in paid ads)
- Email spam or unsolicited marketing
- Misrepresenting service capabilities or guarantees
- Creating fake reviews or testimonials
- Using bot traffic or click farms
- Competing directly with Credit2Credit
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement:
- By You: 30 days written notice
- By Us: Immediately for violations, or with 30 days notice otherwise
- Upon Termination:
- Cease all promotion of Credit2Credit services
- Remove widget code from your websites
- Outstanding commissions will be paid if over minimum threshold
- Existing client relationships may continue earning recurring revenue
Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential all non-public information about Credit2Credit, including commission structures, internal processes, and proprietary technology. This obligation continues after termination.
Limitation of Liability
- Credit2Credit is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages
- Maximum liability limited to commissions earned in last 12 months
- We are not responsible for client disputes or service issues
- You indemnify us against claims arising from your promotional activities
Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks and marketing materials solely for promoting our services. This license terminates upon Agreement termination. You may not modify our materials without approval.
Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor, not an employee or partner of Credit2Credit. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
Changes to Agreement
We may modify this Agreement with 30 days notice. Material changes to commission structure will require your acceptance. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State]. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
